Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 4-6 days.  Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and begins after an order is successfully placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Methods

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS.  Available shipping services and rates are displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

Estimated carrier transit times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to USPS.  Carrier delivery estimates do not include our 4-6 business day processing period.

 

Packaging & Protection

Comics are packaged with collector-focused protection appropriate to the item and order size.  Signed comics may receive additional protection, including top loaders, and graded comics are packaged to protect the slab during transit.

We take reasonable care when packaging every order; however, carrier handling is outside our control.  IF an order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.  Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after accepting the package.

Rendezvous Comics is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.  If tracking shows a delivery problem, please contact us and we will assist with reviewing the shipment information and available carrier options.

 

Shipping Destinations

Rendezvous Comics currently ships to addresses within the United States.  International shipping is not available at this time
